My Beautiful Boy Larkin’s speech and behavioral delays had cognitive impacts on his educational journey. Despite these barriers, he was obsessed with school! 

Our shared love for education and time together, imprinted in me the importance of collaborating and adapting learning strategies towards mean-making with a personalized intentional approach. 

This “meaning” directs us towards the connections in our lives by actively constructing knowledge based on our experiences and prior knowledge. Every interaction is a touchpoint to reflect and reintroduce this value!
